You need to call in, they will ask you some basic questions about your account, do you have the items on hand, where do you get the items.....all easy to answer.

And what were you doing with your account that caused them to flag it?
Do you have any idea? ]

We need more details here, because even if you solve this issue but you are doing something you aren't aware you shouldn't be doing, it'll be worse later.
