PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION!!! In desperate need of help!!!!!!!!
 

I called eBay to see if I could possibly reinstate my account and they informed me that I'm permanently banned from using their marketplace. This is dreadful news as eBay is a reliable source of income for me.

I see that the eBay stealth subscription can allow me to bypass the suspension and continue my business, however I had a couple questions.

1) I regularly use my cellphone to operate my business as well as the eBay app. Will the use of my cellphone make it more easier for them to link my accounts and shut them down? This question is VERY important.

2) I sell smart watches from overseas and put "fitbit" in the title to get more people to view my product. I use the actual smart watch photo, name and description as it is on Aliexpress.com. I also have car logo glasses and I put the car manufacturer name on the title for them. I can't call them copies because the sunglasses are an original design, they just have another established car logo on them. Will selling these items make it easier for eBay to shut me down?

FYI: Before I got permanently banned from eBay I was selling these items for months with no issue. I got a trademark issue from one brand, but not the others. It seemed the only reason I got shut down last time was because of late shipments and being linked to a restricted account.

Yeah, sh*t happens.

If you are suspended there's no bypassing anything, you need to start fresh.

You can't use the SAME phone with the new accounts, period.

This group is called EBAY STEALTH, it's purpose is literally bypassing the suspension ebay put on you. Start fresh and then What? Get linked? Come on bro.

Well that's not really an answer or a solution. Should I get a new phone or a new number with the same phone? (I.e. Google voice, sideline)?

I guess that's what I do. I put the brand in the title to get attention. It's up to the customerif they want to buy or not.

If it happened before it could happen again? What?!? Obviously it could get linked again if I don't follow the steps outlined in the book. But unless I continue doing late shipments, there would be nothing holding me back.

It might get them irritated, but it doiesnt force them to buy. If they don't want to move forward with the purchase they can move on to the next one. Right?

You're on a site that allows people to bypass eBay suspension algorithms.

I sold the items for months and I only goit 1 Vero issue and it was for using the Porsche brand in my title.

People LOVE the glasses because they can't get them ANYWHERE else, they're nice looking and they're reasonably priced.

And no, other than 1 or 2 orders (out of over 100), every order was shipped out on time. It was my supplier shipping things late or shipping the wrong item. However I fixed that issue because I will be shipping out of my house instead.

Yes of course I want to do the same thing. I sold over 4000 in sales in my first 30 days! Plus my profit margin is very high.

I sell smart watches that look and perform better than the leading brands and they're half off! Yes I piggyback off the brand, but I never once had an item returned to me. Never! Out of all that I sold. So obviously people liked them as well.

Moral compass?

Jordan's cost $10-$15 to make yet sell for over $300!

Fast food is never as visually appealing as they are when advertised.

I hope you keep that same energy with those companies as well.

It's BUSINESS. And it's a FREE MARKET. If people want to buy the affordable items then why should I stop them? Because I get money? Well that's the purpose of ANY business. To get money in exchange for a goods/service.

How about I sell you instructions that are advertised to get you back on ebay and selling smoothly... but they really don't. How would you feel? EXACTLY!

That is not the same situation and you know it.

This is a better example:
"Imagine I had a similar program to eBay stealth, but it's slightly different from the actual eBay stealth program. It does everything eBay stealth does, but it's cheaper and not advertised as much. Also if you don't like it you can get your money back"

That's a more similar situation.

The customers are getting a smart watch for half the price and all of the goodies. If the customer doesn't like it they are free to return the watch and get their money back in full.

I've had repeat customers on the watches I sell so obviously the people that matter most (The Customer!) doesn't have an issue.

Thanks. By the way, I know it's trademark infringement if you don't have a licensing deal with the companies. However, that's a risk I'll take until it's proven that's the sole reason I got suspended.
