Aspkin plz help Third party Authorizations??

Aspkin Please help.. 1st why do this keep poppin up in my thrid party authorizations (Andale created Mar-02-07)..I thought somebody hacked my account but I changed my password 2 times and it still shows up after I delete it.....

and Im still not seeing where paypal can be linked to your ebay account? It just says offer paypal in your listings..etc

And don't worry about the Paypal linking, you can't do it by accident.

No i never used that before.. Well I do use an auction sniper I dont know if it's andaleebay?
