If I set up a seller account with a personal credit card that I've never used with eBay before, do they verify that the REAL name and address of the credit card hold coincides with the information I provided eBay (bogus info) when I set up an account after being suspended??

Bulletooth, I don't think they do, but it's a good idea that you try to keep the information similar.
