| Follow Slokor's advise. If all else fails, give the impression that you're involving the law. You're in the UK. Therefore in addition to talking lawyers, you can talk ombudsman, small claims court, etc.
Get someone on 'people per hour' to do some 'legal writing' and hand it in via post. Throw in a 'subject access request' - all of which should make them think you're going somewhere with your case. :laugh:
Be polite but firm in your correspondence.
I imagine it will be more headache for them to keep your money.
If your money makes it home, you might want to get a drink.
It would have survived through listing fees, promotion fees, PayPal fees eBay and paypal cases, etc. :clap: |
