Cant withdraw after 180 days

Hello, I have an account thats gone past the 180 days and still cant withdraw, Paypal has said the DL and Utility Bill hasn't been accepted and to upload Bank statement i have done this but there still asking for ID!! i feel there just making me run in circles, all the details are stealth, any help would be grateful.

Not much help to be had unfortunately.
Try calling in again and ask to speak to a supervisor. As you said its been over 180 days so now theyre violating their own ToS wo if all else fails start throwing the word lawyer in the air.

Follow Slokor's advise. If all else fails, give the impression that you're involving the law. You're in the UK. Therefore in addition to talking lawyers, you can talk ombudsman, small claims court, etc.
Get someone on 'people per hour' to do some 'legal writing' and hand it in via post. Throw in a 'subject access request' - all of which should make them think you're going somewhere with your case.
Be polite but firm in your correspondence.

I imagine it will be more headache for them to keep your money.

If your money makes it home, you might want to get a drink.
It would have survived through listing fees, promotion fees, PayPal fees eBay and paypal cases, etc.

I agree, contact a manager and try speaking to them.
From what I have seen they'll usually release the funds, which I hope for you they do.

Do you have extra stealth accounts to work with in the meantime?

Hello, Thanks for the advise i have many other accounts so not all bad i will keep trying differant things with paypal and let you all no what happens

Usually when op doesn't reply he got it resolved or just gave up.

I'm hoping he got it resolved for sure tho
