Default How to withdraw after 90 days.

Okay. So I've finally had my first run in with the suspension on a stealth account that actually has money in it. Usually I'll sell a couple items, til I hit atleast $150, then ship and disburse. Then wait til I have the money before I do another listing. So if the account gets suspended, i usually just refund the $$ and not ship.

Well, Ive already shipped and got hit with a suspension and cant touch the money for 90 days. I know I can withdraw to an already suspended checking account. But I personally dont have a bank account, maybe I'll get one before then. But I dont believe I can get deposits from another name.

So my question is... When I enter in the checking info, it ask for the account holders name. Can I just enter the account holders name on the netspend, even though it wont match the amazon account holders name. Will it go through or raise serious suspicion? Its only like $130 but it is my money..

Any suggestions or opinions?

Amazon can't check the name on the bank account due to US law. They can only confirm its existence. Also, when they do disbursements, unless anything has changed recently, the deposits are labeled something like "Amazon disbursement" and a bunch of numbers. The name on the seller account isn't anywhere on there.

As ovidiu stated - as long as bank account number and routing is valid, the money goes.

But you will need to email them, I think, to get them to give you some time in which to login to your suspended account and add bank info. Check around on the forum for the specifics and the email address; it's been discussed many times.

I am still able to log in to the account. Its suspended, not blocked, or deleted.

The reason I was asking the question, is because I dont think with Netspend I can withdraw/disburse to a different name. I think Netspend blocks it, correct me if I'm wrong. I understand that Amazon doesnt see the name on the bank account.

Amazon can't see the name on the account. I'm not sure why Netspend would either. I think the disbursements are labeled something like "Amazon disbursement xxxxxxx". But add another bank account if necessary (not sure if you can).

I think Here We Go Again does that, just adds a old bank account to every suspended account after the 90 days are up. Makes sense, why waste new bank accounts? But, this seems to imply (1) you didn't have a bank account attached in the first place, and (2), you were pretty sure you'd get canned in the first place.
