So I was wondering I recently got banned from Amazon and I'd like to know if I bought a VPS or VPN would amazon be able to track me ? If I used different information about VISA card and debit card, home address and everything.

VPS and VPN's are dangerous some work well some do not,,,then general rule of thumb is to avoid them,,but if you must use a Good VPN

Why use VPN, why not just new IP's/dial up/3g/coffee shop internet?

Am az on is a very different beast than eb ay - they track more than just IP - just reiterating this concept isnce you have the guide.
