2 A-Z claims might be OK if you are doing enough volume. If you have had 250 orders and 2 A-Z's, you might survive. But if the rate was 2 out of 75, then it gets dicey. But it also depends on what you sell.
You mentioned your products are legitimate. That is a definite positive. HOWEVER - if the products are in a high-risk category, it could still spell trouble.
For example, if you are selling DVD's, you may have a harder time surviving this than if you were selling books.
But with Amazon, nobody can say for sure. Best thing to do is resolve the claims VERY POLITELY, be professional and courteous - even though you might want to tell the buyers to go jump in the lake.
