To answer the original thread question...
Well I had a brand new account going, requested a disbursement of about $600 and it went thru in 4 days! I was stoked thinking it might take up to two weeks with a fresh account right? Then about a week after the first disbursement I was up to almost $400 (I know too much too much) so I requested another disbursement. The same day I also did a refund to a customer (my first on that account). Next day... 'account is under review' email and YES my disbursement was reversed! So either the 2nd disbursement request or the refund triggered it because the account has great feedback.
