Hi I use USA number for my account and use german ip and USA ip for login and reset my password several after this I get this error

Why did you reset your password many times?

Or more importantly WHY would you use a German IP with a US based account?
Not sure what youre asking exactly - don't really see a question there. more like a statement of what not to do.
