eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Banned on a freshly new account

I had the same issue. Opened account and placed the item for sell and they suspended me. I called eBay every day and on the 5th day they reinstated my account. After i placed another item with variations and they suspended me again i thought 2nd suspension will be forever... If you are interesting i can explain what i have done later to reinstate my account.

What did you do to reinstate your account after the 2nd suspension?

Because im located in Spain, I opened Spain account but I tried to sell in the US. US eBay suspended me 2 times because they thought im scammer. But i had all invoices and agreement between me and my supplier but EBAY.COM didn't want to listen to me. I decided to contact Ebay.es, ebay representative understood me and send me a link where i send her documents to prove that im, not a scammer. If you have different situations and you know that the right on your side, never give up. :thumb:

i felt 1st suspension is normal at this moment.
gotten quite a fair bit of it but all passed when i provided them invoices is what comes after weeks.

gotten 7 account hit with mc011 after 2 weeks couldn't even solve it and 2 manage to get out of it.

the rest is consider a death to me right now. :(

been going so slow that i never done it in the past listing just 2 item or 1 item daily and i still gotten hit
