I got suspended by ebay 4 years ago, they got my adress, my name, and my phone number, anyway, now i would like to go back on ebay BUT as a professional, do you think ebay will suspend me again if i open a new acount with the same name, adress, phone, but as a professional this time ?

If you have been previously suspended and you open a new account using the same information from the suspended account no matter how long ago it was, you will be suspended again. Period.

Just open a stealth account. Get ebay stealth.

What do you mean as a professional this time?

eBay is very professional, surely you'll get suspended sooner or later. Which county are you currently in?

Someone already replied your question in Sept last year. Did you get any chance to read through stealth book and create any stealth account(s) in the past year?

In france you can open a professional account, that means ebay ask you to send adminstrative stuff like your company's identification number, taxes forms etc ... anything that can prove you are a professional seller recognized by the government, same as if you wanted to open a company tomorrow.

I have 3 friends here making a lot of money (legally) on ebay for many years now, they tell me it's ok if i register on ebay as a professional seller because it's a different status.

You can't get a professional status on ebay in usa even if you are a company ?

You get a "Powerseller" status after 3 months of membership, having over 100 feedbacks (98% of which are positive), an average DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) of 4.5+ over all four ratings and do at least 3,000$US in sales per month.
