I got suspended by ebay 4 years ago, they got my adress, my name, and my phone number, anyway, now i would like to go back on ebay BUT as a professional, do you think ebay will suspend me again if i open a new acount with the same name, adress, phone, but as a professional this time ?

In france you can open a professional account, that means ebay ask you to send adminstrative stuff like your company's identification number, taxes forms etc ... anything that can prove you are a professional seller recognized by the government, same as if you wanted to open a company tomorrow.
