I got MC011 and need start a stealth account

Hey,

Can I buy an eBay stealth account + PayPal? but I am not live in USA so I want to my PayPal to be US verified.

Will PayPal asks me for verification after that about the address of residence and add limitations on my account If they know I am not live in USA? is that safe?

You probably need to read and understand the Stealth Book/Guide.
They (eBay) will not know that you are not from USA if you do the proper/correct methods to manage stealth accounts.

By the way, I am not from the USA, but i have multiple USA and UK stealth accounts running very darn good :)

Is that safe to get USA PayPal account?? What about if they asks you to verify info such as address?

Correct, you need to have a bank account so you can withdraw funds from a USA paypal account.
