Appeal case on suspended account
 

hi guys
I have several not received cases which buyers opened after my account was suspended these cases were closed with refund to the buyers, now items are delivered and I call to ebay support to appeal these cases and they told me that any case opened on suspended account will be close with refund to buyer and I can't appeal these cases.
Is it really so or it is against Ebay policy?

eBay has basically washed their hands because your account is suspended.

When your listings are pulled, eBay sends out an alert to your most recent customers. And that may be how the piranhas got wind of dinner.

when something like this happens,the only way to salvage the situation is to recall the package,with USPS,you have to file online or go to post office and it will cost you to do so.

in the future,you can try to ask USPS to stop delivery and return the item back to you,but there is a fee to do so.
try sending them a Paypal money request and USPS tracking history shown it has been delivered,no guarantee it would work

agent always gives weird advice lol. They usually make sense, but rarely for the what the situation calls for. For FUTURE reference, yeah, the items should be recalled.

I know it has been delivered,I am saying in the future,keeps this in mind if it is worth spending $13.xx for recall.
IF you wanna play online retailers,you should know these options.

see. That last bit, is the correct advice. The first advice, while good, doesn't really help the OP out of his current situation, which was the point of this particular thread.

do not pay ebayfees to get the money back. that easy. if they scam you scam them back
