Predicted seller level Below Standard
 

So for the first time in 3 years, I was on a vacation for 3 weeks and I had put my eBay store on vacation mode too. What I did not knew was eBay don't give seller more than the stated time even during the store being on vacation mode to resolve the case and if seller don't resolve with in the stated time, eBay will close the case in favour of the buyer and obviously a defect will be there.

eBay evaluated today and it states

Current seller level (As of 20 October) = Top Rated Seller

If we evaluated today (Next evaluation 20 November) = Below Standard

I currently have 3 cases closed without seller resolution out of 951 transactions which left my defect rate of 0.32% (Transaction period: 01 Aug, 2019 - 31 Oct, 2019)

How much transaction should I have in total before next evaluation to avoid Below Standard rating ?

Beside these 3 defects, my account does not have any defect.

1000 items

Chatt or call ebay and try to remove defect they normally do remove its quite easy

Do you mean I need 1000 more transaction or with current total transaction which I have is 951, I require 49 more transaction to make the total of 1000 transactions ?

49 more get defect remove by simply chat with Ebay they normally do this very easy

I am getting close to target about 25 more transaction required.

How do you ask them to get the defect removed ? When I spoke to them they said mine was doable but just incase if I am unable to get it removed by next evaluation then contact them in one week advance to speak about it.

By the way do you think the guy who said they will get the defect removed is legit ?

What do you mean how? You ask ebay to remove them. You explain what the deal was and they remove it. If not, hang up and call again until they get removed.

Yes that dude is legit because that is what he would do..... just call and have them removed.
