Ebay is an American company and is acting precisely as the American system, in America the 80% of convicteds is fairly and 20% unfairly. Exactly the same Ebay is acting. the 20% of withheld accounts is unfairly and 80% fairly. In Europe it is unacceptable. Perhaps the 5% of convicteds is unfairly. It is exactly this huge difference.

the seller is selling the licence to Adobe Master Collection CS6 without the registration in an account Adobe that is illegally. He is simply selling keys which aren't a property of this seller. He is probably selling a few, a dozen or so keys which he has for free and is earning on one art about USD 400. is selling these keys monthly 30-40. And so he is earning about 15.000USD monthly!!! Yes, 15,000, it is not a mistake!!! Ebay isn't hanging it, Paypal isn't suspending him. However if somebody without the company liked to sell at once withholding the account on Ebay or on Paypal or at the same time has. It is exactly this legendary Ebay/Paypal justice :]
Adobe isn't interested in it, because isn't selling keys to seven years, there is a cloud now.
Buyerss want only a key and if only he acted, therefore has a 100% of comments or else the key will always apply.
The seller simply found a remedy how to earn huge money but Ebay instead of it banned, nothing is doing. The seller quickly worked the subject of cheating out.
