Overseas accounts is hard to make, even though I did make 1 UK account before and the person I sold it too is very happy with it. The feedback isn't cheap items and they are paid with money orders,not paypal.

But yeah since your in the UK just create another account and sell sell sell and quit trying to cheat the system.

I started a new account.

Cleared everything. Changed IP. Made new email. Added it to paypal.

Then when I started my ebay account, they want me to verify either with phone or credit or debit card details.

What do I do?

Chris how much you charge for a UK account?

Or cant I just sell from a US account on Ebay UK?

Modee, thats why I am asking.

Ebay are asking me to verify my account when I try to register either by telephone or credit/debit card so I dont know what to do.

Do I buy another account?

Do I verify my account by a debit card?

I am lost. I need to get back on asap.

Dude, I need paypal for the products that I am selling.

I am selling ebooks and other stuff that needs paypal as a payment option or my sales will suffer greatly.

Ok so I will do the whole credit verification but should I buy an account with feedback already?

So now your trying to sell penny ebooks to build up feedback then sell.?? You will be suspended real quick again. Actually something doesn't sound right and I don't feel comfortable selling you an account because clearly you cant follow directions well and I don't want you to get upset with me when/if the account doesn't work for you because you tried to cheat the system or is still using your old PayPal account..

I cannot move beyond my old paypal account. You dont seem to understand that.

I cannot stress how much I need to get back on. $2000 a week depends on it.

So what do I do?

Start a whole new paypal?

Dude I meant before I was banned. I was selling ebooks back then.

What doesnt seem right?

If you can get an account, I can get straight back to selling.

I wont need to buy penny auctions. Only need to sell. No buying will be done by me.

we're all in the same boat. if you cant use your old account, you got 2 choices. either make a new one or stop selling.

Imjustme: If i make a new paypal, dont i need a new credit/debit card or can i just use my prepaid splash plastic card?

And I would need to be verified because of the high amounts of money withdrawls and income.

i don't know how the rules are in the UK, to be honest. i'm in japan and it's totally easy here. i can use any debit card (costs $10 at my bank to open and takes 5 minutes) under any name to verify my paypal account. i have 4 accounts now in different names all receiving funds without problems. i even received a payment last week for almost $1000 on an account that was open for less than 2 days. payment showed up in my bank account 3 days later.

if you can use debit cards (visa electron would be good) in the UK, you're good.

Its just that I dont want to open a debit card and then get it blacklisted so I cannot use it again. That would be annoying.

Dude, I need a new paypal right? So I cant use that to make a paypal can I? Because it would need to be verified.

Therefore I need to open one at the bank which I dont really want to do.

Nope sorry to say your out of luck if you cant get a close friend to open a Paypal account for you. They will limit new accounts and your going to have to provide SSN#

Yeah I am from the UK and when I started my paypal account and I recieved large amount of volume, they didnt not limit and ask for further info.

Ok so you say I should create a merchant or Ebay checkout.

Now that sounds fine to me as long as my customers can still pay via Paypal.

I dont want my sales to drop because I dont have paypal as a payment option.
