seriously, just open a new bank account, get a debit card and make a new paypal account under a random name. you won't need an SSN since you're not in the US so you should be fine for a while.

Dunno but in all my accounts, I have never got asked for a SSN or anything.

There are several areas of the world where a SSN isn't needed. I seem to recall the UK was on that list, but it may have changed. Hell I can't keep up

I do not know why PAYPAL dont check our SSNs.

UK uses Tax IDs and when starting a new account, you are supposed to enter it but I dont think they check anyway.

And thats only for Premier or Business accounts.
