Ebay restricted after first listing and asks for linking Paypal account

Hi

I have an old ebay account but just started selling.

I entered my stealth PP email for accepting money which is linked to another ebay account and after first listing they temporarily restricted my account.
I sent them an email and they want me to link paypal account.

But I also have another ebay account that I sell there without any problem with the same PP account entered for accepting money.

Their reason sounds weird. I already linked a credit card.

Can I unlink my PP from the previous one and link to this one?

What are my options?

Well first you need to add a new email address to your PP acct, then go link that one to your new ebay acct, that should work.

So don't I need to unlink from the other ebay account?
