i have an account ebay since mars 2018 . and i wanna sell digital product like ebooks what can i do firstly to avoid the suspension

if after reading your books ,buyers file item not received and you have no tracking to show,you will lose the dispute,soon you will be suspended for being a lousy seller

first thing is not to sell digital products, those are considered high risk not just by ebay but also paypal.
