Yep .. Same happen to me about two days ago

Selling open source software. Non Vero .

My account lasted 1 year then bang .. suspended Had one temp suspension which i put my house in order after.
ebay are cracking down it seems on digital download items.

Im looking for a way back, but like yourself this is high risk and with a new stealth account surely we will be suspended shortly after listing.
My question is, is there anyway round it ?

someone said put it on dvd and mail it with tracking.

Selling disk along without a download option leaves you way behind your competitors, if they are offering instant delivery
