proceed with caution as problems may lie ahead | Using a non UK number for Ebay doesn't show that you're not a UK resident. If Ebay had a problem with it why do they offer you to use a number from pretty much any country in the world?
Then again, in case you speak to CS then you may want a plausible reason for the different country Sim, you could say that you work in both countries for example.
I generally tend to open accounts with whatever country sims I have, I travel a lot. Then when the account is running well I add UK sims

i still think their system is retarded because most of the time they suspend the wrong person, and the one who escape is the professional thief who have been scamming the sellers and asking for refund after he receive the product , pathetic system that ebay have

Try using something other than IPBurger - IPBurger is targeted at ebayers so the IP range may be a flag to ebay - using any data centre IP isn't the best idea... I'll probably be reprimanded for telling you this on this forum
Really theres no need to use VM's. I've got over 20 accounts operating from my regular windows desktop. Just don't forget to switch IP's between access.
All in all ebay want you to buy/sell - but if you give them a big red flag they will act on it | If you dont mind could you explain how you switch ip’s on windows desktop?

I have tried everything.
Change FF settings
Change VM settings when setting up Windows
Change mobile phone number provider
Change VCC
Change dongle, wifi router, mobile hotspot
Change browsers
Still have suspension after 1 listing. And in chat support i have never been reinstated of about 20 all my suspended accounts.
Last step what i want to test is completely new laptop, without VM.
There is so many opinions about suspensions - some of users say it is normal, some say no it is not should be like that cos you get suspension right after 1st listing.
I will update here what will be if i will not use VM.

I listed a random kitchen appliance. Yes, it's branded but it's not a brand that I've ever heard of (or would think) as being high fraud or a target of counterfeiting.

Well, I'll save you guys some more time. Lists of stuff I've tried and still got suspended after listing.
1. New machine with VM, without VM
2. Old machine with VM, without VM
3. FF/Chrome/other browsers
4. Virtual profiles/Windows profiles/FF portable
5. Stock images/clicked images/exif removed images
6. Fully verified PP/VCC verified only
7. Same country PP/another country PP
8. WebGL enabled/disabled/Spoofed
9. Webrtc enabled/disabled
10. DC IPs/Residential IPs/4G IPs
11. Real number/Virtual number
12. Paypal linked to ebay/not linked
13. Individual account/sole proprietor/govt/corp
13. More **** but can't recall
The result is the account gets suspended after first listing. I am not new to this, have created over 200 accs in the past. This has been happening lately.
