About ebay account suspension and not paying ebay fees!

Hello everyone, i have 2 account suspended for selling copyright stuff, both are small accounts, i haven't paid the ebay fees about 50 euro to one and 123 to another, my question is is worth to pay them or not? i remember that the name and address was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ to both, but the paypal account is correct, and i'm using that account to other ebay accounts. is ebay collections ban the other accounts that uses the same paypal account? Paying fees is the correct way to proceed. You used their services, you pay what's due.

I you are using same paypal across many eBay accounts they are all linked... they are likely to get in trouble

You need to start fresh with a new pair of eBay/PayPal accounts.

And I will once again, explain that being ethical with an unethical company, is asinine. When they destroy your account, the hard work you put in, and throw your previous sales into disarray, which essentially undoes whatever services they provided for you. you owe them NOTHING.

We paid for their services, and they constantly renege on the already paid for services. Since when is ebay obligated to actually give us what's due? They, don't have the same ethical obligation, you seem to have towards them.

what if you're partial stealth (business verified paypal, personal ebay)? would you still make the same recommendation?

if they could actually go after me? No, obviously I wouldn't make the same recommendation. My principles only go so far. It's not about what you can or should do, but what you can get away with.

how much detail does ebay actually get from paypal about the paypal account details aside from email?

So you dont think that the fact that he has other ebays attached to that paypal is important. I would think if he doesnt pay those fees his other ebays will be suspended, just my opinion , I could be wrong.

If I could get away with not paying them that’s exactly what I’d do.

I paid a £1200 fee for one account in April

Now it’s hit with MP
