MC011 limitation - weird message (help!)
 

I got an MC011 limitation on my eBay but the message I got from them is weird.

That's exactly what it says, I didn't cut anything out. They gave me no requirements to do in order to appeal the MC011. Has anyone had this before? Can someone help and suggest me what to do? Worked really hard on this eBay account all 100% positive feedback. I'm not a dropshipper too.

Ring them, I range one recently and got it reinstated, was very easy.

Have all the account information in front of you.

They asked about the items I sell, where they are kept, and told me to add more keywords to my listings to get more exposure.

This is a new a account 8 weeks old 2 sales, 30+ listings

This is a soft limitation. Just call them and verify ownership.

just call them or replay to this message and tell that you want to appeal

they will ask for id proof of address and invoices. mc011 is not soft limiation

[UPDATE] i called eBay but the regular customer support can't reinstate account with MC011 support, it's only the back end staff, and they communicate via email only i've been told.

I replied to the email but still no response

Can you elaborate? I have got this MC011, provided all docuemnts and later the mail comes saying that the account is threat to eBay and you are no longer allowed to use eBay.

Really, I think this is a very major limitation and a lot of my account were shut after good sales. Please advise if you have any idea on how to go around this and I can try. Thanks.
