MCO11 restriction for a new account

I have two ebay accounts with the same information. The old account got MCO11 asking for proof of purchase last month, I finally got reinstated after providing the purchase proof.
Now comes with my new ebay account, ebay asked for ID, utility bill and purchase proof for all my list. All my lists have been removed. Below is the detail. The problem is that most of the items I am selling on ebay at cosmetic samples, which is gift given by the store when I purchased some cosmetics and does not show on the receipt. What should I do? How can I Provide the purchase proof for sampls and gifts. Please help. Any advice is highly appreciated.

The details are just all the lists, which have been removed.

If I do not provide the document, will my account be suspended or just leave as restricted? Any comments?

it's probably toast. first they ask you for all the documents then they'll suspend you perm. you can try to give them what they want and see, doesn't hurt.

I have had this happen to a few accounts . Just make a invoice or edit an invoice you already have and add items that you was selling on your eBay once this is sent back over to them be prepared for them asking for more documents like a PayPal or bank statement showing you have paid for the items once again print then scan you bank statement to your computer add a payment for the stock to a company and print it back of as thay will not normally accept a print screen of the document . Send it in and wait the 72 hours for them to remove the restriction it's worked many times for myself
