I have two ebay accounts with the same information. The old account got MCO11 asking for proof of purchase last month, I finally got reinstated after providing the purchase proof.
Now comes with my new ebay account, ebay asked for ID, utility bill and purchase proof for all my list. All my lists have been removed. Below is the detail. The problem is that most of the items I am selling on ebay at cosmetic samples, which is gift given by the store when I purchased some cosmetics and does not show on the receipt. What should I do? How can I Provide the purchase proof for sampls and gifts. Please help. Any advice is highly appreciated.
