This sounds like the basic MC999 restriction. This is very common with new selling account.
They usually do NOT ask database verification questions with this type of restriction. If you do come across someone who tries to ask you those then politely say you have something to take care of immediately (your child is crying or whatever) and call back and try to get someone else to talk to.

I only had this happen to one account before. I basically hung up when they asked me database questions... they put my account on "hold" until I called back to verify information.
Thats smart, as it not like me who just simply hung up haha..

Lol yeah never just hang up on them they probably look at that as suspension
I was asked DOB, so keep that in mind. My heart sank as what usually follows is database questions.
Remember if you piss off the rep they can ask database questions along with the simple questions they usually ask, its happened to me when before.
"Stay calm and carry on"
they asked your DOB as a verification question?
i'm guessing you just make one up? Because ebay i don't recall ebay asking for DOB when setting up an account, so I don't know what information they would be checking against?
