I received an account restriction today. The account has a variation of my first name but has my real last name and address on it.

My paypal has all my real info including ssn.

I know I probably won't be able to lift the ebay restriction because the accounts I'm linked to are suspended.

If I create another ebay account and use the same paypal but just a different email address, will my ebay account be linked?

Eventually they will get linked, how long will it take? No clue and no one here has a clue. If you go ahead and do it, do it at your own risk knowing that it may cause problems down the line.

I've been having trouble getting new bank accounts. I tried to open one a few weeks ago and found out I was on Chex System.
