Check out the new Amazon Suspension letter I received after providing new invoice for inauthentic. The invoice was created out of regular receipt, as they did not accept the store receipt. The quantities and total on the invoice were different from that on the receipt, so apparently they verify invoices?? The account was already suspended, but now I cannot even fulfill orders from it anymore, so something further changed it seems...
"Dear,
Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing “inauthentic” complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
We previously notified you that if we receive additional invoice submissions and we could not verify the supplier, your ability to sell on Amazon may be impacted. We received your submission but cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send us one of the following:
-- Evidence that demonstrates the documents you provided are from a supplier that can be verified
-- Copies of invoices or receipts issued from a new supplier
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
How do I send the required information?
Please submit this information by clicking the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html).
What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days we will permanently withhold any payments to you and any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense.
