 Little Help appreciated

Im very happy to be part of this forum as this is the only place i really think i can get valuable informations regarding droppshiping.I Would like to explain a little about my situation.Im now stucked out of my country because of the Corona Virus.I cant book any tickets nor i could get back because of the high risk my Country has cause of the virus.Im basically left without job and im currently renting a small room which i think by the end of the month i cant pay the rent anymore.I have started about 4 months ago selling on ebay but for no reason i got suspended.Contacted several times and they wont reinstate my account.I started another stealth account using fresh proxy given from one of my friends.New address, new person and new account on my pc.The problem is that i tried yesterday listing on my new account and today i see that they suspended me asking about my id and they request from me to give them the business identification number which i dont have.I really have a lot of informations about ebay dropshipping but probably im missing something.Im dealing with Ebay Germany and i can speak their language but i dont know why they demand this kind of information.
Can you please help me and tell me what im missing in creating a stealth account ?
