Tax/Ein Question (Help appreciated)
Ok guys here is the deal, I need to ask for a little advice.
I have about 6 accounts all in good standing that now require
TAX info (EIN, etc). I have spoke with a few attorneys and a CPA
and obviously they knew a lot and gave me a lot to digest but
still it seems the options are staggering.
1) I was wondering what you guys have done in this situation. File
multiple LLCs? Multiple S-Corps?
2) Can I get multiple EINs as a Sole Proprietorship? So I would have to file multiple DBAs first with my state and then go the Sole Proprietorship route??
3) With 6 accounts I need 6 EINs so obviously what would the cheapest route be as well?
I'm still overwhelmed by everything I would just like to hear how you have all approached this and what success you have had?
I really appreciate any info, it will help all my filing work go a lot easier next week when I sit down to do it all. Thank you!
