Ebay Stealth Account Help. From Georgia.

Hello Everybody. I'm from Georgia, Tbilisi (Country one). About month ago I started dropshipping on Ebay But I got suspended (Created another account with my real name and got suspended as well.) Now I'm looking for information about Stealth Account for international sellers( Guidline to create stealth accounts on my own.) So can anyone Help?

Just make sure you're using:
- New IP;
- Fresh PC;
- New account details, VCCs, addresses, emails, etc.

and you'll be good.
