Ebay block my account

Hi,

I use private proxy for this account.

Today they reported my eBay Stealth account how the account is hacked and the person is using the account no is the owner


Ebay request me the security questions how

How much i measure
What color is my car
Me mention 5 names for choose what is my family

I don't have this answer for verify the identity and unlock my account.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?
