Can not cancel ebay store subscription

My main account was hit with MC011 wanting the usual stuff like invoices that i do not have as i am a dropshipper.

I can not cancel the store subscription. There is no option at all to back out of the subscription. Only to select and review a basic or anchor store.

I am trying to call them but i can not get through at all.

Has anyone got any reason as to why i can not cancel the subscription?

I really do not want to pay them another month worth.

Just try messaging support and asking for a refund or at least to stop the subscription.

Try calling and emailing them again. Eventually you should go through. If not - just file a chargeback claim with your bank for the subscription fee.
