Is there any way to contact the internal team or any department via email?
I mean is there available emails for each department? ( I m not talking about live chat which forward your email to a specific team)

You'll have better luck messaging them on twitter, they never answer emails

this is a late response but... why not using the chat, are you planning to come across your point, do you want them to hear up what you have to say?

i have lots of emails to contact ebay directly. i can send you some or post them here.

Hello,

I also seek something like a main email for formal complaint before I prosecute them to a higher authority.
The reason an email communication is needed over e.g. phone (that they do not allow us to record them), or chat, is for having a more official evidence of their reply or silent treatment etc.
