Hi, so one one of my stealths, i recently hit a 4.68% late delivery rate. This is out of around 350 sales.

I think a few are removable but would i be flagged shortly?

Dont think mines 5% on one of account due to royalmail messed up took 10 to 15 days parcels delivered

MC011 is random and completely unrelated to performance but I think it happens to everyone eventually and is something you should already be prepared for (creative documents, etc)

Ship on time. I put 3 day handling time and ship always within 24 hours. Customers looking for fast shipping time are a pain in the ass.

Don't worry about what is right and wrong. Just do whatever it takes to keep your service metrics as clean as possible and then you can sell millions.

Above standard zero returns, 100% positive. 27k and 180 items.

Started managed payments saturday, they sent 5729.xx to checking account, now holding 5978.xx! And i got the mc011 and that is being held.

What a joke. Guess im thankful For the 5729 (they confirmed was sent and completed) but the 5978.xx is held. I told them i have no invoices. Sent them my id which has my address. I buy/sell baseball, fb, basketball cards. Dont have stupid invoices for that ****. I told them if they dont rectify this fast people will want their items and be pissed and leave negative feedback.

Their response. We can appeal the negative feedback. Basically, the account is dead? What are my chances they will lift this and lift this that fast?

Joke, complete joke.

Sounds like you're selling legit items. Provide them what they want. Invoices, another user recently indicated they wrote them... they sell stuff from around the house, obviously the items probably matched that sorta thing, same thing in this instance.. just tell them you buy and sell sports card collections you buy on facebook and craigslist, you don't have invoices... Your items are just hobby resold... etc.. i basically just wrote what i'd write them.

Thats literally what i did. Said i dont have a business. No invoices. Buy on twitter, card forums, target/walmart for hobby boxes, marketplace. Thats it. 100% legit man. Zero returns. 100% positive, always provide tracking #, etc. Just a joke. People messaging me asking me when shipping. My account will be ruined because of this bs. Unreal.

Im like what more could i do? 100% positive, no returns, tracking number, wtf!

folks , honestly , have you not realized yet that MP will be similar to paypal as far suspensions and limitations are concerned? after all ebay owned paypal for many years. on paypal it has always been an issue that people were suspended indefinitely just because they did not sell for a while and suddenly started selling on volume or because the turnover suddenly spiked. now it will be the same on MP

eBay is run by morons. I wish they replaced all of the senior managers with people who know eCommerce and who have common sense. The amount of good sellers that has left eBay to sell on Amazon or on other platforms is staggering. There used to be plenty of million dollar businesses 10+ years ago but not anymore.

as soon as people start opening cases they will close down the account... usually when sales pick up naturally more people open cases, and ebay then closes account without logically looking as to why more cases are open (because more sales)

I doubt ebay will close down accounts just because of cases , the magic parameter is the money , the more money is at risk and the more expensive the items the more inclined they will be to shut down a seller. although the same was with paypal it was still easy to replace paypal , now with MP it is gonna become an issue over time since ebay can not be replaced anymore but in gneral I would recommend not sell too much too quickly

Every account will go through MC011 here in the USA as a stricter verification for ebay sometimes before MP or just after.

I do not like it it effects cash flow, you have to resolve all returns any resolution center items not received and can take a month to go through, and when you get the green light to justify it they will say that your account is still under review and cut your selling limits down. Its like when a cop pulls you over and they are profiling you and then give you a written warning for being to close to the car in front when you were not. It justifies what they are doing by disrupting you as a seller and then blame you for it.

A couple of tips.

If you want your account up and running soon, just refund all buyers in returns if you can and any in the resolution center so they are clear.

Make sure that if you are still on PayPal resolve any issues there in the same manner.

After sending them the details they require, genuine or otherwise use the reply to the MC011 message and inform them that you have done it as they do not look at the uploaded documents until you have confirmed you have sent them.

Used this to get an account back up in 12 days, cost me a fortune which I recouped in profit from sales when back up.

Got one payout today. Sent them cc statement, id, wrote that i have no invoices. Sold the same **** from day1, 100% positive, zero returns, above standard, 180/27k and now this bs.

Such a crock....new business idea: compete with ebay. Joke.

Paypal has 4k held on me as well. Cant make this **** up. Complete fleece by these companies. Beyond criminal.

I only have 2 accounts on eBay, one stealth and the other legit.

Both got MC011 and each account had the same situation and reduced limits when privilege's reinstated.

Also both connected PayPal accounts got shut down 7 to 14 days before going over to MP
