I have uk business paypal and ebay business account. My ebay account suspended after I applied for managed payments due to the account information. The question is can I create a New personel ebay account (stealth) and linking my New paypal email to it. (İn business paypal you can add multiple email)

Long term separate account but looks like MP is difficult to verify without real info so I would just try using a new acc for short term. You will still need to spend weeks or months building up the account before you can sell a lot though and eBay plan to make all accounts MP by the end of 2021 so good luck with that.
