eBay Stealth Account but what about PayPal?

I have a question regarding linking new paypal account to eBay Stealth account. Can I use the same personal information, name, address, phone, card and banking information for a new paypal account with new email address for eBay Stealth account? Because I thought ebay can only see the paypal account's email address, but the rest of all personal information is encrypted by paypal and merchants like ebay cannot see it? Has anyone been suspended because ebay saw their personal information on paypal? Thanks very much for any input.

Thanks a lot for that information, that's what I need to know for sure, getting all those new is some work and hassle, esp. new bank account and credit card, with new address, also need to buy a cheap virtual phone number...

On a related note, is fresh Dedicated IP (public/commercial?) from IPBurger enough for eBay Stealth account or I have to get the Residential IP, which is a bit expensive to invest considering I don't even know if my new stealth account will work yet...
