Indefinite selling restriction caused by MC011
 

In early Covid months, I decided it would be faster/cheaper to ship directly from supplier to customer. I have sold on eBay for 4 years prior to this and have always shipped from my physical location.

I provided eBay with every and all that they asked for (proof of delivery, handling any cases opened against me for late delivery)

My seller restrictions were never lifted and I was told that I am indefinitely restricted from selling on eBay. I spoke to a back office member at the Trust and Safety department and was told the same.

I was hoping to come here and see if there are any different angles I can take on this. If someone can help me get reinstated I would be willing to pay (not sure if this is the right category for this).

If you were told by several different departments within ebay that the acct is gone - its gone.
Start learning how to manage a stealth acct.
