people need to stop spreading this crazy rumor, no its not normal for your account to be suspended with first, second, or third listing. Its people who don't know how to make an account properly who push this narrative. If an account is created properly, you can list on the account right after creation, sell a high dollar product with no issue. Also I wouldn't buy accounts that were "reinstated" as that account is fractured already and more vulnerable to suspensions.
That's bollocks most of my stealths are set up perfectly and they still get first listing suspension that is not something you can avoid most of the cases if you are on a fresh account simply because I don't bother to age the account and do browsing/buying on it
All of them go to live a healthy and long life after I call in the reinstate them some even having 100000's in sales.
However if you suspension is for using VOIP numbers etc you will NOT be reinstated that is a completely different suspension
It seems eBay knows when you registered new account using new users. I created several accounts this month. Accounts using new laptop are still alive so far. Accounts using new users are suspended. I never browser or build history,just list first item in 30 minutes.

I haven't created a new account in sometime but new user account was always working for me. I don't list within 30 minutes though and nothing high risk
