I've asked this specific question from multiple eBay reps, and have received mixed answers. 2 (Philipines) based reps told me after 12 months, they do not affect your account in terms of the suspension timelines. The timeline being, on the 3rd violation, you get 3 days suspension, then 7 days, 10 days, and permanent. A few months ago a US based rep told me the violations stay on your account forever and don't "expire" after 12 months. I think the answer might be somewhere in between. I received my 5th counterfeit violation in December 2020, which led to a 7 day ban. Then I received another one in May, but it was a 3 day ban. So I feel its the "specialied team"'s discretion.

I've had 8 veros on an account spread throughout the years. If there is an issue - don't list the same item for 6 months. If it's hot - 9 months. Sometimes it takes them a couple of months to react so you are 12 months in the clear.

Another thing you can try is list on another markets and block countries. e.g. - most Vero blocks come from UK / US / DE . If you list on . FR or . IE or .AU and limit the other regions you can be safe for years. But that means a new account which must be created on those platforms.
