ebay told me they have added my device on the system

I was unable to change the bank info on ebay MP.

So I contacted them and after waiting for 20 minutes the CS told me that "I was able to add your device on the system. Please try for me to edit your bank? "

Then it worked.
ebay can store my device info on the system?

Add your "device" - what do you mean? What did the CS refer to?
