I was unable to change the bank info on ebay MP.

So I contacted them and after waiting for 20 minutes the CS told me that "I was able to add your device on the system. Please try for me to edit your bank? "

Then it worked.
ebay can store my device info on the system?

Oh yea... I'm guessing you're using their app on your iPhone?

Then for sure "OH YEA" they can and have been tracking devices down for a long time now.
