Ebay suspension, moving on...questions!

Got suspended from ebay today. They have taken a dark turn of late. My wife is the queen of Ebay and has 24 thousand positive feedback, and recently concierge service has gone from absolutely amazing to abysmal.

Not sure what is going on there, but it isn't good.

Questions...

1. Does Ebay link accounts like Amazon? Do I have to worry about this moving forward? Do I need to use "stealth" tactics?

2. How exactly does one sign up for Ebay payments given it has to be in your own name and with your own social security number?

If this has already been covered, just point me in that direction.

I'm surprised to hear that you guys had a decently established, high-feedback account, with concierge, and haven't had to upgrade to MP yet.
