 Suspension for copyright infringement -- photos
I have recently increased my selling on Ebay -- just got Powerseller status, I recently listed some items using the manufacturere's website images. I KNOW I KNOW that that is against the rules and well I guess against the law. But I had been doing it for a few weeks, no problems.
I had the only 2 auctions I had currently running ended by for trademark violation. Can I re-list with my photos? There is another seller listing these same items by the dozens using their own photos. A contact email was listed in Ebay's email -- lossprevention@****.com
Please help. Other people are selling the exact same stuff but with their own images. This one Ebayer also uses company images for some of his/her other products but NOT this company. I wonder if they learned the hard way like me but still went on to sell. I am wondering if my images made me stand out and also if I will be monitored by the company. This auction was for clothing, btw.
