eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Got hit with MC011 for the second time

My ebay got hit with MC011 for the second time first time I think it was for making 90 sales in a period of 5 days, first suspension requested all items to be delivered, and after that requested ID, Utility, Invoice, Bank statement, (my ebay is still with paypal)

So I got the suspension lifted for 21 days and this month in 11 days I made 290 sales, 11 got backordered but shipped, they MC011 again, keep in mind my account is a top rated acc, still waiting on a customer to remove the claim with a wrong color item that was sent but already redelivered.

My concern is has anyone got MC011 2 times and past it?

Volume has been incrementing monthly but ive been selling 4 months only but yeah first month 50 sales, 2nd month 100, 3rd month 260 and this month on 11 days it was 290

and in terms of turnover , is the price per item now similar to the ones sold previously?

Since demand has been higher price got 10-15usd higher per unit talking about 85-120usd items

second suspension after previous reinstatement may lead to indefinite suspension

the only way to go , in my opinion:

send them what they want and if reinstated reduce the volume significantly for at least 3 months , after that start increasing slowly. slowly does not mean by 100%-200% per month

Any updates or is it done for? Same thing happened to me. Never saw the account again after the second MC011 no matter what I sent in.

I reached out a few times and received the same generic response every single time. All of my items had tracking info and received positive feedback.

I'll be surprised if I receive the funds but apparently in 60-90 days you will receive them if you have no issues with your transactions.
