I GOT THIS MESSAGE AS SOON AS PAYMENT WENT TO MY AVAILABLE FOR PAYOUTS ...... REAL NAME REAL SSN REAL DOB.. ANY IDEA WHY I GOT THIS MESSAGE??? .... ALSO I DIDNT CONFIRM BANK DETAILS AS OF YET IDK IF THATS THE ISSUE

I got this on one of my accounts. Just like you, I had not confirmed my bank at the time, and I believe it also coincided with a velocity spike in sales. Took 5 days for them to lift it. Stressful, but from my research this issue tended to resolve itself for most sellers.. assuming you are not selling shady products

If I were you Id, 1) confirm bank immediately, 2) stop selling for the time being, 3) hound them everyday to lift it, even though they prob won't until day 5

Confirming your bank account is an important part of the identity check adyen performs on each person that signs up.
Confirm it now and this should be your last hold.

I really think I got this message because I didn't confirm my bank account so I just did hopefully it clears...... my other accounts when I get a performance review message for 5 days that's when I get hit with the MCO11

I hope and I'm thinking I got this is because I didn't add my bank details
but ssn and dob I added lastnight and tonight when the payment went to available that's when I got hit with the message so maybe there still confirming my identity

Havent ever had this happen. My manage payments has been active over 4 months with average 15k-30k per month. I'm sure its because of confirming bank account. I did that as soon as I could.

And you entered the bank account under your real info on stealth eb right?

Love how they tell you to continue selling while holding your funds. Does anybody actually fall for that?

it is like paypal , the more money is frozen on the balance , the less likely it is you will be reinstated. so you need to stop selling until the situation is clarified

this isn't a good mindset. always tell yourself any problem can be fixed because they CAN.

After 5 days they unblock it automatically.

From what I know it is a standard thing and in most cases the freeze is removed.
There are no certainties with ebay though so do NOT sell while this block is on.
