I had the account since 2014 with my real info, Started dropshipping from amazon in 2018, it was good until ebay started flagging account for retail arbitrage, I kept dropshipping on that account with not much profit until we were forced to use Managed payments linked to Payoneer. at that point, My total sales cannot exceed the amount of money I had in my payoneer account.



I started selling digital goods, ebay held my money for 5 days after 9 days of selling due to a spike in sales, 2 days after that, some of the digital listings got removed for violating "Electronically delivered items policy" no vero violation though.



I ended the remaining listings and the next day I got MC011 restriction asking for invoices, I only sent them invoices for the physicals products I've sold with a comment that I can't provide invoices for the remaining ones since I've bought them on forums and social media from people that don't need them anymore. after 3 days I received an email that my selling privileges are indefinitely restricted.



I know I had it coming, no need to comment on that, I have more than 1k stuck on that account displaying a warning message "Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated."



I know that paypal will pay you after 180 days, since this is MP, I'm not sure if I will ever get them back, I've heard on the forum that some sellers got their money after about 60 days but none of them has been selling digital goods which ebay doesn't like.

Yeah I would never sell digital goods. Drop shipping is fine but when it comes to digital good it’s akin to selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ from eBay’s perspective. They view it as high risk and almost illegal because usually people sell bootleg software such as CD KEYS for Microsoft apps etc …. I run dozens of eBay drop shipping accounts and no issues.

Keep us updated mate. I am selling digital goods too, never entered tracking information for all of my ... probably 7,500 sales combined on two accounts.
